Aaron Goodwin from Ghost Adventures faced an unimaginable betrayal when his wife Victoria conspired with a convicted murderer against him. It's hard to, but bubba loved the shit out of us and then I talked to him um at gator nationals just last and um I got to hang out with him and uh, one of the uh race car drivers, ron caps, which does the napa race car drag racing. So I was like bubba love sponge my band and ron caps hanging out. It was fucking cool. It was really cool. I enjoyed that.

There's a documentary that comes out about him called Control Alt Desire and Victoria Goodwin, who is married to Aaron Goodwin from Ghost Adventures TV show that's been going since 2008,. Host is Zach Bagans and Aaron Goodwin is a big part of that. I watched some of it yesterday.

Speaker 1:Another human being. That is an amazing personality, like somebody that I've really that we know of so far. Like I said, we're going to have to wait a couple of years for everything to come out in the wash, I mean.
Speaker 2:And I hope that we are not wrong in our perception of Aaron Goodwin.

Speaker 2:Yeah, so Law and Crime has episodes um of the background of everything, and then court tv has a sentencing hearing of where she did her bullshit apology to aaron, and aaron literally breaks down and describes how he felt and how he feels still to this day because it wasn't that long ago.

Speaker 2:That's going to be something that will take a long time for him to get over.
Speaker 1:Her little public defender was just like. I'm just going to tell you everything. She's already agreed to be guilty.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I mean, what can you do? Say hey, she's ever gotten in trouble before. She was in a fascination type disassociated relationship, and you can tell it on her face.
Speaker 1:You're right, lindsay, you're all right. She really was like trying to come up with some Disney World, fucking haunted, fucking something going on there. She said there's mental issues there, period, there's something.
Speaker 2:Yeah, like you just don't get into a relationship, and I'm sorry, but anybody that is fascinated with a murderer to the point that you correspond with them in a romantic way seek help please. And I'm just saying that that's not normal.
Speaker 1:That's not normal. And to all you people out there that are like you feel things that aren't physically present, you know, don't turn that into something that's toxic. You know, do not let that manifest into something that's toxic for you. So I'm just I'm just putting that out there because I don't know, if that's a thing, maybe it is because of the ghost hunters and all this stuff that's going on spiritually, yeah, emotionally, and you get in a situation you're trying to build yourself up to something and you're trying to connect to something, that is, you have to have a really deep, open mind, but at the same time, though, like you're trying to drag something in and conjuring things to happen, you feel it Sometimes it's overreacted, over-exaggerated.
Speaker 2:Being obsessed with spookiness and true crime is a different level than being romantically involved with somebody that has actually killed their whole family, that's kind of my little plug that's two different.

Speaker 2:I'll reach out, Well, like we said in our last recap, the only relationships that we want with people in the true crime world are survivors of horrific things, because our heart goes out to you.
Speaker 1:I don't even want to say victims. I want to say that they overcome.
Speaker 2:Overcomers Overcame something that was just Survivors. Overcomers, yes, but they are still a victim in the same aspect.
Speaker 1:They are, but the word victim is just harsh. At the same time, like they've, they're strong enough, they, they, they created their own power inside of them. They're more than a victim. They're not a victim. They've overcame it. They've. You know, amazing human beings that went through something so fucking tragic and now they're still living, thriving, surviving and doing great.
Speaker 2:Support them, support them, support, support, support support Because overcoming something horrific that happens to you is a wonderful accomplishment because it can bring you down, it changes your life, it can affect everything for the rest of your life and, instead of staying in, I want to say the victim mindset, when you overcome it and go forward and make something positive out of something negative, that's absolutely amazing.
